The Texas Computer Cooperative (TCC) is a statewide cooperative made up of 19 regional Education Service Centers formed to offer comprehensive, high-quality, competitively priced information systems services. The TCC administrative software solutions are web-based, fully integrated and support the operational and reporting requirements of Texas public schools. Education Service Center, Region 20 serves as the fiscal agent for the TCC, as well as the development headquarters. The TCC is governed by a Board of Directors, consisting of the 19 executive directors of member ESCs that support TCC clients.
